Testimonials

"The support we have received from Miriam has been amazing. Our daughter has many complex needs and without Miriam I do not think our daughter would have developed as well as she has. From the first session where Miriam taught her how to drink from a cup, Winnie has come on leaps and bounds. From a child who was completely floppy and unable to hold her head up, to being able to sit and support herself for a few minutes. As well as helping our daughter, Miriam has been invaluable in supporting us with getting the services and equipment that our daughter is entitled to from Health and education services and also supporting us with TAC and Children in Need Meetings and the EHCP processes. With Miriam’s help, we now have a true feeling that our daughter will be able to reach her full potential. Her knowledge and skills are second to none and I would highly recommend her to any family whose child has complex needs.”

"Our son has severe cerebral palsy with complex medical problems. He has physio once a week. He has benefited greatly from the input of physiotherapy from Miriam. The sessions are designed for his needs. Miriam is very dedicated and goes out of her way to help our son, his carers and support us as a family. Miriam is very cheerful and friendly and her outgoing personality motivates our son to work hard on his exercises. The sessions are always made fun. Our son finds his therapist very amusing. It is always first class treatment from Miriam, I would highly recommend to anyone.“

"Miriam has been working with my baby on a weekly basis . We had concerns from age of three months old, that our baby wasn’t reaching her milestones like she should. Including fine and gross motor delay, reduced core strength, low muscle tone and visual perception problems. From the first meeting with Miriam she presented herself as very professional, trust worthy and very knowledgable. Miriam has been a great support and has guided us, in helping our baby develop. I highly recommend Miriam as a therapist, you won’t be disappointed.“

"Miriam was my daughter's physiotherapist and she managed to connect with my daughter, who is normally quite reserved with strangers. Miriam's professionalism and confidence in what she does, and her unique way of getting children to respond has really helped us as a family. My daughter continues with her prescribed exercises now that the treatment is done, but she stays motivated as Miriam still sends the occasional email to check up on her. Thanks, Miriam! Good luck - I hope that more parents and children get to know you and benefit from your expertise too!”

"Our child seemed to be late in development, but we found Miriam’s help invaluable in working with us at an early stage in creating a program that stimulated our daughter. Miriam’s approach in creating a team of parents and physiotherapist made so much sense.”
